The room was clean and as described in the pictures, and the staff were helpful and had no problems communicating in English. I also appreciated that the hotel provided adapters and cables in the room in case I forgot mine.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about Tokyo. The location was convenient, with a tram stop just a minute away and easy access to the JR train station. There were plenty of 24-hour convenience stores and small restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket for groceries and fresh fruits. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge, kettle, microwave, and even an air purifier in the room. We appreciated the extra blanket provided by the staff.

The wifi usually barely worked, and although there might have been an upgrade, heavy gaming by guests caused the entire network to slow to a crawl. For those needing a reliable internet connection, it's recommended to have your own 4G, SIM, or pocket wifi.
